I hold an English Degree from Sonoma State University and am passionate about customer service management, account management, database maintenance, content creation and creating workflows for businesses that streamline their business processes. QuickBooks user since 2013 to make sure things are categorized correctly. I’m used to high volume invoice entry and an expert in organizing the files and setting up standard processes within servers. I’m familiar with working across multiple bank accounts for reconciliation and merged businesses. I understand all the ins and outs of the QuickBooks software and am newly certified.
